How long will it take to receive my purchased items?
We're a small business and as all items are custom printed/embroidered to order, standard delivery time is about 7-10 business days within Australia. For international orders, please allow 10-15 days. We appreciate your support and patience and we hope that you enjoy our products.
Due to COVID-19, shipping may be slightly delayed and can take up to 20 business days.
Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?
Yes. We ship within Australia and internationally. For international customers, please be advised that you will be responsible for any customs related charges associated with your country.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, as items are shipped from our parent company, The Print Bar, we have no control over shipping fees. Currently, a $10 flat rate shipping fee is applicable to all orders in Australia.
How is the clothing shipped?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post (standard parcel or Express post, depending on which is selected at check-out) or international post in home-compostable packaging.
Is pricing displayed in Australian Dollars?
Yes. Pricing is displayed in AUD but to change to your local currency, click on the 'Currency' dropdown on the top right-hand corner of our website.
Where is the clothing made?
Basic Truth clothing is designed and printed in Australia. Our designs are printed on selected AS Colour quality basics.
AS Colour apparel is produced in Bangladesh and China. The factories have been hand-picked for their social and environmental performance as well as their quality production.
